- beginning of the last tour is always 60 minutes before closing hours at the latest
- the tours are made exclusively in groups with expert guide
- minimal attendance 4 visitors, maximal number of visitors on one tour 40 persons
- duration of the tour is approx. 60 minutes with commentary in Czech language (German/English upon request)
- object administration reserves the right of unscheduled closing the object for public because of urgent operational or technical reasons; the dates of possible object closing are published on notice board at the entrance and on this website. Closing days 2011 : 27th-28th June, 23rd-26th December and 1st January 2012.
- we recommend to book tickets for individual visitors and groups in advance, especially in main tourist season
- the reservation of dates for route I can be made by means of on-line web reservation system, via E-mail ( rezervace(a)rpvl.cz )or at museum administration on the basis of order – via letter, telephone, fax
- operational conditions of the object are governed by the Visiting Rules of Hand made Paper Mill – Museum of Paper in Velké Losiny, the stipulations of which are binding for all visitors
